Weil Gotshal & Manges is at the forefront of AI adoption in law firms. The firm's chief AI and innovation officer Andrew Simon has been instrumental in integrating Google's Gemini large language model into their operations.

Gemini Enterprise, announced by Google Cloud earlier this month, is a legal-specific artificial intelligence platform that provides agents and integrations for law firms. Weil was one of the first to announce the deployment of the product, having started using Gemini last year.

The firm has built its own proprietary tools around Gemini, including BenchMark, which analyzes a judge's record across data points to create customized litigation reports.
