Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and is investigating its cause. According to Microsoft, the problem seems to be linked to drivers associated with RGB lighting devices used by gamers.

The affected games include ARC Raiders, MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, and THE FINALS. The symptoms of the issue are varied but often involve game unresponsiveness or error messages such as 'EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION.'

Microsoft has requested that users experiencing this issue submit reports through the Feedback Hub app to help with their investigation.
