Women on the MOVE Summit Returns to Atlanta with Focus on Business Growth and Empowerment

The Women on the MOVE Summit returns to Atlanta on September 17, 2026, for its annual one-day event. The summit is designed to bring together business owners, professionals, executives, and community leaders to learn, build relationships, and prepare for the changing way of doing business.

Dr. Kim McNair, creator and producer of the Women on the MOVE Summit, emphasizes that 'The way we do business has changed, and we cannot continue doing business as usual.' The summit will feature business education, leadership conversations, panel discussions, and live masterclasses led by professionals with experience in entrepreneurship, government, corporate leadership, law, public policy, civic engagement, branding, and media.

This year's featured speakers include David Shands, host of the Social Proof Podcast; Cloteal Labroi, Director of Government Relations Infrastructure at Microsoft; Chief Magistrate Judge Keisha Wright Hill; business attorney Joi-Lin Hunt, Esq.; Greg Clay, Deputy Chief of Staff for the City of Atlanta; Jay Bailey, President and CEO of the H.J. Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE); Walter Vinson, Assistant General Manager of Business Diversity and Government Affairs for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport; and other respected business and community leaders.

Microsoft will host a featured workshop titled 'AI Advantage: Leveraging Copilot, Claude & ChatGPT to Grow Your Business.' The summit also supports the BWEP Leadership Academy for High School Girls, which has mentored over 100 young women through programs in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, technology, life skills, and personal growth.
