Women Take the Wheel at Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages
Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) is celebrating Women's Month by highlighting its progress in increasing female representation across its business. Over the past four decades, CCPB has seen a significant shift from manual production work to technical, operational, and senior leadership positions.
Today, women make up around 27% of the company's approximately 1,350 employees, with growing representation in technical, operational, and leadership roles that were once largely occupied by men. In its senior management team, there was once a single woman among 30 senior leaders. Today, there are 12 women in equivalent leadership positions.
Bryn Morse, Culture and People Development Director, joined CCPB in the mid-1980s when women worked predominantly in manual roles on the manufacturing lines. Over time, supported by training and development opportunities, women have steadily moved into professional, technical, and operational positions across the business.
