Wonderful Snags $550M Series C, Valued at $5B Amid AI Orchestration Layer Heats Up
Wonderful, an enterprise AI company founded in early 2025, has announced a $550 million Series C funding round led by Insight Partners. The round also saw participation from Index Ventures, IVP, Bessemer, and others, with Salesforce investing for the first time. The post-money valuation of Wonderful is reported to be around $5 billion.
The company reports approximately $70 million in annual recurring revenue today, with a guide above $100 million by year-end. This translates to a ~71x ARR multiple, which is not a bet on the current revenue but rather on the position Wonderful occupies - the AI operating system for the enterprise, or the orchestration surface that sits between enterprise data and AI agents.
The forward-deployed engineering model, where Wonderful's engineers go on-site to wire the platform into customers' specific data, workflows, and tool stacks, is seen as a significant moat. This approach creates a high-switching-cost configuration in enterprise software, making displacement more expensive for competitors.
