WSJ Brings On Tech Veteran to Cover Google
The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has bolstered its tech coverage by hiring Erin Woo to cover Google, one of the most influential tech companies in the world. Woo will start her new role later this month.
Woo joins WSJ from The Information, where she primarily covered OpenAI but had also covered Alphabet and its subsidiaries, as well as Twitter, TikTok, and Snap. Before that, she covered venture capital and startups for The Information and The New York Times, and local news at The Mercury News and WNYC.
With a Stanford University degree under her belt, Woo resides in San Francisco.
