Yas Island Set for Dh12 Billion Revamp with New Attractions and Hotels
Miral has announced plans to invest over Dh12 billion in Yas Island's tourism and hospitality sector over the next five years. The investment will focus on expanding existing theme parks, introducing new attractions, and increasing hotel capacity.
The spending is separate from the previously announced Disney project, and will instead cover further development of the island's existing leisure and entertainment offering.
Miral stated that the programme will support employment and skills development within Abu Dhabi's tourism sector, but declined to provide specific details on individual projects or timelines.
