Zankore Lands $3.1B Loan Facility for Southeast Asia's Largest AI Infrastructure Buildout
Indonesia-based AI platform Zankore has secured a significant loan facility to finance its Nvidia-powered AI infrastructure deployment across Southeast Asia.
The company announced on Wednesday that it had landed a senior term loan facility of up to US$3.1 billion, with Citi, ING, Natixis CIB, Qatar National Bank (QNB) Group, and United Overseas Bank (UOB) acting as mandated lead arrangers.
Zankore plans to use the proceeds from this debt financing to acquire and deploy Nvidia GPU infrastructure. The company aims to build an initial 100 MW of Nvidia AI infrastructure, which will be used to deliver cloud services to AI-native companies, enterprises, startups, developers, and institutions across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
The platform will provide high-performance GPU clusters designed for AI training and inference, giving customers access to dedicated, production-ready AI compute at scale and on demand. Zankore's revenue-sharing and credit-support model is expected to align infrastructure deployment with customer demand, broadening access to large-scale accelerated computing while providing the company with a capital-efficient path to scale.
