Zelda Switch 2 Collector's Edition Sells Out Amid High Demand
Nintendo is releasing a special edition of its Switch 2 console to celebrate The Legend of Zelda's 40th anniversary. The limited-edition console, which features a custom black-and-gold finish and Triforce-inspired artwork, has already sold out at major retailers.
The Zelda Switch 2 collector's edition includes the same upgraded hardware as the standard Switch 2, but with a price tag of $520 - more than double the cost of the regular console. Preorders for the special edition are live now, but availability is expected to be scarce.
Nintendo has announced that it will update the availability of the collector's edition through its store app and has promised future restocks. In the meantime, fans can keep an eye on retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, and Amazon for any remaining stock.
