Zeta Global Transitions into AI Intelligence Platform Amid Strong Financial Performance
Zeta Global Holdings Inc., the marketing software company, has revealed its plans to transition into an AI intelligence platform at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026. The company's management described a business in transformation towards creating proprietary data and autonomous agents.
Athena, the company's AI agent platform, is gaining traction quickly, with 40% of super-scaled customers adopting it within four months. This new technology allows customers to describe business goals in natural language, and Athena can navigate the Data Cloud and platform to carry out the work.
The company also highlighted its data infrastructure, which includes over 525 million opted-in individuals with each person enriched with 5,000 to 7,000 incremental data elements. The system processes trillions of signals daily from 5.2 million publishers and has peak computational capacity reaching 7,500 computations per millisecond.
Financial performance remained strong, with 44% revenue growth, 56% EBITDA growth, and 73% free cash flow growth in the latest quarter. Zeta's pipeline, deal sizes, and customer retention remain strong, even as it works through a broader shift in how enterprises buy and use marketing technology.
