ADNOC Invests $6.2 Billion in Umm Shaif Gas Project

Abu Dhabi's state-owned energy company ADNOC has approved a $6.2 billion investment in the Umm Shaif gas project, set to increase natural gas production by over 600 million cubic feet per day from 2030.

The project is part of ADNOC's strategy to expand Abu Dhabi's energy production and meet growing demand from industrial customers and international markets.

ADNOC will develop the Umm Shaif field in partnership with TotalEnergies, Eni, and China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), leveraging their technical expertise and financial capacity to execute a large-scale offshore project.
