Albert D. Stover, 81, Dies in Seneca After Long Career as Mechanic

Albert D. Stover, an 81-year-old resident of Seneca, passed away at his home on August 20, 2026. He was born on December 1, 1944, in Oil City to Merle and Alberta McCauley Stover.

Stover graduated from Cranberry High School and went on to attend trade school, where he earned the title of master mechanic. He owned and operated a garage in Seneca and later in Franklin, where he serviced cars and street rods.

In his free time, Stover enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and had even won several trophies for his vehicles. He was also a member of Northwest Street Machines.
