Analysts See Sunshine Amid Geopolitical Storms for Petronet LNG
Despite geopolitical risks, analysts remain optimistic about Petronet LNG's outlook. The company, which is India's largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure firm, has seen its stock experience a substantial correction due to supply disruptions caused by the US-Israel-Iran war.
The management of Petronet is positive that Qatar will quickly resume supplying LNG once the Iran conflict is resolved. This optimism comes despite high spot LNG prices and geopolitical risks ahead.
Analysts who attended a recent management meet at Petronet's Kochi terminal are also bullish on the company's prospects, citing growth in Kochi, new revenue streams, and project execution as key factors driving their positive views.
