Angola Sees Growth in Hydrocarbons Exports During Second Quarter
Angola has seen an increase in both the volume and value of its hydrocarbons exports during the second quarter, according to a recent report from Quantum Commodity Intelligence. The country's state-owned oil company, Sonangol, reported a boost in upstream output and net profit earlier this year.
The exact figures for the second quarter are not specified in the report, but it is clear that Angola has experienced growth in its hydrocarbons exports during this period. This news comes after Angola's oil production dropped 3% in December from November's highs, slipping to 1.03 million bpd.
It is worth noting that this growth follows a decline in crude oil production to a seven-month low during February, which was 12% lower than the same period last year.
