Antam Gold Price Drops Amid Global Recovery
The price of Antam gold has dropped again on October 2, 2026, following a weakening trend at the start of the month. The 0.5-gram Antam gold was priced at Rp1,362,000 in the morning, down by approximately Rp7,000 from the previous day's price.
The prices differ between Pegadaian and Logam Mulia channels, with the former selling a 1-gram Antam gold bar for around Rp2,620,000. In contrast, Logam Mulia is selling it at around Rp2,581,000 per gram.
Despite the price drop, global gold prices are starting to show signs of recovery, rising by about 0.2 percent to US$4,165.29 per troy ounce on Thursday's trading. However, gold still faces pressure from high US government bond yields and the movement of the dollar.
