Antam Gold Price Falls IDR 15,000 per Gram on Friday
PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk, also known as Antam, saw its gold bar price drop by IDR 15,000 to IDR 2,590,000 per gram on Friday, September 25. This decline was reflected in the selling and buyback prices of gold bars, with the latter falling by IDR 20,000 to IDR 2,415,000 per gram.
The current price is still up around 4.5% compared to its level at the start of the year, but remains below its all-time high of IDR 3,168,000 per gram recorded on January 29. According to Antam's website, purchases and buybacks of gold bars are subject to tax under Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 34/PMK.10/2017.
Gold bar prices by denomination today, excluding tax, include IDR 1,345,000 for 0.5 grams, IDR 2,605,000 for 1 gram, and IDR 253,212,000 for 100 grams.
