PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk's (ANTM) gold bullion prices fell IDR 27,000 to IDR 2.723 million per gram in Thursday's trading.

This decline follows the same pattern as the selling price, with the buyback price for Antam gold also dropping by IDR 27,000 to IDR 2.583 million per gram.

Despite this recent drop, Antam gold prices have still gained around 9.45% compared to the start of the year, when they were priced at IDR 2.488 million per gram on January 1.

The Ministry of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 34/PMK.10/2017 states that purchases and buybacks of gold bullion are subject to tax, with a sale of more than IDR 10 million triggering an Article 22 Income Tax (PPh) of 1.5% for holders of a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) and 3% for those without an NPWP.
