Aradel Holdings Plc has reported a significant improvement in its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company's pre-tax profit rose to N752.71 billion, representing a 293% increase from the same period last year.

The strong performance was driven by higher crude oil production, increased sales volumes, and the contribution of expanded operations following recent acquisitions. Revenue climbed to N2.49 trillion, a 577% jump from H1 2025, while gross profit expanded significantly to N1.44 trillion.

Despite rising finance costs, Aradel's operating profit reached N1.06 trillion compared to N118.62 billion in the previous year. Crude oil remained the major earnings driver, accounting for 79% of total revenue and generating a pre-tax profit of N545.70 billion.
