Aradel Holdings Plc has reported a significant surge in its oil output for the first half of 2026, with production rising 523% to an average of 139,500 barrels of oil equivalent per day (kboepd). The company attributed this growth to acquisitions and improved asset uptime. Its gross revenue also skyrocketed by 577% to N2.49 trillion.

The company's Chief Financial Officer, Adegbola Adesina, highlighted that the enlarged portfolio is translating into scale, profitability, and stronger cash generation. Aradel said it benefited from a firmer price environment, with an average realised price of $90.4 per barrel for crude and $2.08 per mmscf for gas during the half.

Gas production was the standout performer, climbing 1,121% to 503.2 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscf/d) from 41.2 mmscf/d in H1 2025, supported by improved pipeline availability and sustained customer offtake.
