Aramco Signals Possible Restart of Yanbu Oil Loadings

Saudi Aramco has informed Asian refiners that they may be able to resume loading oil from Saudi Arabia's Red Sea port of Yanbu, according to traders familiar with the matter.

The state-run oil company provided no timeline for the resumption of loadings, but executives assured at least three Asian refiners about future shipments.

This comes after a drone attack on September 10 damaged the East-West pipeline, which carried around 4 million barrels per day to Yanbu. Since then, Saudi Arabia has increased crude exports to Asia from its Ras Tanura terminal in the Persian Gulf.
