Archrock Set to Post 28% Earnings Growth Amid LNG Demand Surge

Archrock's second-quarter earnings are set to be released on Tuesday, with investors looking for signs that the natural gas compression provider can capitalize on surging demand and deliver on its recent acquisition promises.

The company is expected to post earnings of 46 cents a share on revenue of $393.3 million for the quarter ended June, representing year-over-year growth of 28% and 3%, respectively.

Wall Street remains bullish despite Archrock's recent stumble, with all seven analysts covering the stock rating it a buy and a consensus price target of $42.88 implying nearly 20% upside from the current price of $35.76.
