Arizona Gas Prices Take a Dip as Crude Oil Costs Ease Nationwide

Arizona drivers have been noticing a welcome relief at the pump as gas prices continue to fall. According to recent data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), crude oil prices are easing, which is the biggest factor behind the decrease in gas prices.

The EIA projects lower gasoline prices as crude oil costs drop, helping to bring down costs for consumers. In fact, drivers have already seen some relief, with AAA reporting that the national average gas price had fallen nearly 50 cents over the course of a month earlier this summer.

In addition to declining crude oil prices, gasoline supplies are also improving. The EIA says fuel refining has increased recently, and higher imports are expected to improve fuel availability, further easing pressure on gas prices.
