Asian Stocks Bounce Back on Wall Street Rally, Lower Oil Prices
Asian stock markets mostly rose in early trading on Friday, lifted by the previous day's rally on Wall Street and declining oil prices.
The S&P 500 index jumped 1.1% on Thursday for its second gain in nine days, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average adding 0.6% and the Nasdaq composite climbing 1.7%. Oil prices continued to fall from their high of nearly $110 reached earlier this week due to concerns over the conflict in Iran.
The easing pressures from the bond market also contributed to Wall Street's rally, giving Asian markets a boost.
