Associated Alcohols & Breweries Calls Analysts to Discuss Raw Material Costs
Associated Alcohols & Breweries has announced an analyst and investor meeting on September 11, 2026. This comes after its Q1 FY27 results showed consolidated revenue growing by 5.96% YoY to ₹286.30 crore, but the net profit declined by 24.60% YoY to ₹17.83 crore due to high grain procurement costs.
The company's proprietary IMFL portfolio has been performing well, compensating for slower growth in contract manufacturing. However, elevated grain prices remain a headwind for operating profitability.
Ahead of the September 11 investor meeting, the record date for the proposed dividend is September 9, and the 37th AGM is scheduled for September 16, 2026. The company's SDF Kerala Distillery remains on track to be operational by December 2026, which is expected to support volume growth in southern markets.
