Azerbaijan's Oil Production Falls Short of Quota in July

Azerbaijan's oil production hit 453,000 barrels per day in July 2026, according to OPEC's monthly update. This represents a decrease of 4,000 barrels compared to June.

The country's oil quota under the OPEC+ agreement is set at 551,000 barrels per day for this year. As a result, Azerbaijan's actual production fell short by 98,000 barrels daily in July.

Azerbaijan's average daily oil output has fluctuated throughout 2026. It stood at 454,000 barrels in the first quarter and 457,000 barrels in the second quarter.
