Bishkek Residents Face Gas Shutdown Amid Pipeline Repairs

The city of Bishkek will experience a temporary disruption in its natural gas supply from August 26 to 27. The affected areas include streets bounded by Il'menskaya Street, D. Syaopina Avenue, Karul'skiy Lane, as well as Yakutskaya and Karakumskaya Streets.

This temporary shutdown is necessary for the gas service 'Bishkekgaz' to perform work on reconnecting underground medium-pressure gas pipelines. The duration of the disruption will be limited to two days.
