Brava Energia Stock Jumps on Improved Oil Production Outlook
Brava Energia's stock price surged 3.96 percent on October 2, 2026, reaching BRL 18.90 on the B3 exchange. This increase came after an operating signal from XP Investimentos, which estimated higher September oil production for Brava Energia.
The estimate by XP Investimentos pointed to Brava Energia's September oil production at 63.8 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day, a 2.1 percent rise from the previous month's 62.5 thousand barrels per day. This improvement was attributed to the normalization of Papa-Terra after its scheduled August stoppage and the new Papa-Terra well that began production on September 29.
However, mature assets like Atlanta and Parque das Conchas partly offset this growth. As a result, Brava Energia's stock remains under scrutiny for its ability to maintain production levels through new wells while keeping its mature assets stable.
