Brent Crude and Bitcoin Face Resistance While Crude Oil and Silver Struggle
Brent crude oil prices saw an upward movement in recent intraday trading, supported by its position above the EMA50. This technical indicator has reinforced the short-term bullish momentum, alongside a supportive trend line, which suggests further gains in the near term. However, relative strength indicators have reached overbought levels, signaling potential temporary obstacles to higher movements.
Bitcoin experienced a slight decline in its latest intraday trading as it encountered resistance at the $87,000 mark. This level has held firm, prompting profit-taking and easing overbought conditions on the relative strength indicators. Despite this, the cryptocurrency remains supported by trading above the EMA50, which could help regain positive momentum and potentially break through the resistance.
Crude oil prices also rose in recent intraday trading, finding support at the $89.00 level. This has helped counter negative pressures amid a short-term corrective downtrend. However, trading below the EMA50 continues to act as dynamic resistance, reducing the chances of a full recovery in the near term.
Silver prices rose during recent intraday trading, retesting the key resistance at $61.65. This level has limited recent trading and prevented a recovery, maintaining a tight sideways pattern. The short-term corrective bearish trend persists, with trading below the EMA50 increasing the likelihood of a bearish rebound.
