Oil prices continued their upward trend on Wednesday, with Brent crude futures rising by nearly 1% to reach $95.52 per barrel in early trading.
This increase marks the largest gain for Brent since July 24, and comes as concerns over supply disruptions remain high.
The price surge was also seen in US West Texas Intermediate crude futures, which climbed 0.89% to $91.02 a barrel.
