The global crude oil market remains volatile due to ongoing conflicts in West Asia. Brent crude prices have reached $107.3 per barrel, causing concerns about supply disruptions.

CNG prices in Delhi and neighboring cities were increased on September 15, while LPG and PNG rates remained unchanged in most cities.

The government has approved an incentive scheme to increase domestic PNG connections from September 1, 2026, in an effort to cut subsidy expenditure. This move comes as India turns to the United States for LPG and LNG supplies amid disruptions in West Asia.
