The price of Brent crude oil has fallen below key support levels, sparking concerns about a deeper downturn. Trading on the 4-hour chart, Brent broke through its rising trendline and support level at $86.76, hitting a value of $85.36.

This move also breached the 50-EMA at $89.74 and the 100-EMA at $88.76, indicating a shift in momentum to bearish territory. The rejection of the descending trendline at $94.78 led to a significant bearish reversal.

The RSI (Relative Strength Index) for Brent crude oil has dropped to 29, placing it deep within oversold territory. This suggests a short-term buying opportunity may be emerging, although momentum remains clearly bearish. Immediate support comes in around $83.30, with further levels at $80.62 and $78.00.
