Brent Crude Prices Plummet Amid Easing Middle East Supply Concerns
Oil prices continued to fall on September 18th as concerns over supply disruptions from the Middle East eased. According to Report, November Brent crude futures on London's ICE Futures exchange dropped by $1.14 (1.09%) compared to the previous trading session, reaching $103.68 per barrel.
A day earlier, Brent decreased by $1.01 (0.95%) to $104.82 per barrel. Meanwhile, October WTI crude futures in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) dropped by $0.90 (0.88%) to $101.01 per barrel.
The falling prices are a result of easing concerns over supply disruptions from the Middle East, but no further details were provided.
