Brent Crude Surges Above $103 Per Barrel Amid Renewed US-Iran Uncertainty
Crude oil prices have surged in global markets, with Brent crude surpassing $103 per barrel due to renewed uncertainty over US sanctions on Iran. Market analysts attribute the latest increase in oil prices primarily to remarks concerning US sanctions on Iran.
Brent crude futures have risen by $1.14, or 1.11%, bringing the price to $103.73 per barrel. WTI crude also recorded an increase, with prices rising by 34 cents, or 0.38%, to reach $89.72 per barrel.
