Brent Crude Tops $97 as Global Oil Prices Rise

Oil prices have surged globally, with Brent crude surpassing $97 per barrel. This significant increase was observed during trading on the ICE London Intercontinental Exchange, where the price of Brent crude for November 2026 delivery rose by 0.88% to $97.13 per barrel.

In contrast, WTI crude prices on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) showed a modest increase of 0.95%, reaching $92.35 per barrel for October 2026 delivery.

Notably, the Azerbaijani oil price has exceeded $94, while gas transportation via main pipelines has seen a notable rise of more than 2%.
