BTC Divergence Builds Amid Positive Signs for Alts
The Bitcoin (BTC) market is experiencing a daily bearish divergence, according to an analysis by Kitco Metals Inc. This means that while BTC's price has made a higher high, its Relative Strength Index (RSI) has made a lower high. However, the weekly chart for BTC remains strong bullish with RSI rising to 74.25.
Other cryptocurrencies, including those in the OTHERS market-cap chart, have closed above resistance levels, which is a positive sign for alternative assets. The TOTALE50 index separately confirmed a strong uptrend, while the TOTALE100 index only closed above its Cloud and did not clear resistance.
The US Dollar Japanese Yen (USDJPY) exchange rate has not yet broken below 155.025, which is still considered a trigger for a potential bearish move. Oil futures have reached overbought levels, with some analysts predicting a potential drop by or during the weekend.
Major indices, including the S&P 500 E-mini futures, have bounced back above their Clouds after Thursday's bounce. Fetch AI (FET) has confirmed an Open Long, while other altcoins remain in distinct states.
