Buy Commodities on Dips, Experts Warn Against Shorting

Commodity experts believe investors should buy into gold, silver, copper, and crude oil on dips rather than attempting to short these assets. According to Kunal Shah, Head of Commodity Research at Nirmal Bang, corrections offer potential buying opportunities for these commodities.

For gold, a 2% decline could provide a value-buying opportunity, while silver may become attractive after a $1, $2 drop. Copper may also be considered after a 1.5- to 2% correction.

Brent crude levels above $98 could present a buying opportunity for investors.
