Canadian Drivers Set to Save as Global Oil Prices Drop

Oil prices are dropping globally, and Canadian drivers can expect lower gas prices at local stations. Ontario's gasoline and diesel prices are expected to drop on Wednesday, with predictions of a 2-cent per liter decrease in gasoline and a 7-cent per liter drop in diesel.

Dan McTeague, head of Canadians for Affordable Energy, says energy markets influence gas prices two days later. He predicts gasoline will cost around 180.9 cents per liter on Wednesday, down from the current price.

The recent increase in oil flows out of the Middle East has contributed to the drop in global oil prices, benefiting Canadian drivers. This development is expected to save drivers money at the pump.
