Canadian Energy Companies Surge to New Highs
Several Canadian energy companies have hit new 52-week highs in recent trading. Arrow Exploration Corp (V.AXL) reached a high of 58 cents, surpassing its previous record production rate of 6,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
BCM Resources Corp (V.B) also broke the 89-cent mark, with some common share purchase warrants set to expire on February 10, 2027. CES Energy Solutions Corp (T.CEU) hit a high of $19.96 after announcing record Q2 2026 results and declaring a cash dividend.
Other companies to reach new highs include Cenovus Energy Inc. (T.CVE), which beat the S&P 500's daily loss, and NV Gold Corporation (V.NVX), which completed a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $703,620.80.
Additionally, Surge Energy Inc. (T.SGY) confirmed a cash dividend payment of $0.043333 per share in respect of August 2026 production. Suncor Energy Inc. (T.SU) reached a high of $97.27, while Tenaz Energy Corp. (T.TNZ) announced funds flow from operations for the second quarter.
Other companies to reach new highs include Xcite Uranium Inc (C:XRI), which commenced a diamond drilling program at the Lorado Uranium Project, and Yangarra Resources Ltd (T.YGR).
