Centrica Commits to Ksi Lisims LNG Deal for 1M Tonnes of LNG Per Year

Ksi Lisims LNG LP has secured a long-term supply deal with Centrica Energy for its proposed liquefied natural gas export facility.

The agreement, which runs for 20 years, commits Centrica to purchasing one million tonnes of LNG per year from the project.

The Ksi Lisims LNG facility is planned for the northwest coast of British Columbia and has a proposed capacity of 12 million tonnes of LNG per year.

With the Centrica commitment, the company claims it has secured agreements covering nine million tonnes per year of its planned capacity.
