Cheniere Expands LNG Capacity with Corpus Christi Plant Upgrade

Cheniere Energy Inc., a major US liquefied natural gas exporter, has completed its latest expansion at its Corpus Christi production plant in South Texas. The Stage 3 expansion will boost Cheniere's output by more than 20% to about 56 million tons a year across its two facilities, according to the company.

The finalization of this expansion is expected to significantly increase Cheniere's liquefaction capacity at the Corpus Christi plant. This latest milestone comes after the completion of previous expansions and upgrades in recent years.
