Chennai Gold Prices Plummet by ₹210 Per Gram

Gold prices in Chennai have taken a sharp decline in the latest evening update released by the Madras Jewellers & Diamond Traders Association (MJDTA). According to the rates, both 22K and 18K gold have fallen by ₹210 per gram. Silver, on the other hand, has declined by ₹5 per gram.

The current rate of 22K gold is ₹14,175 per gram, making an 8-gram sovereign cost ₹1,13,400 excluding GST, making charges and other jewellery costs.
