Chicago Board of Trade Sees Mixed Price Movements Amid Crop Reports
The Chicago Board of Trade saw significant price movements on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Corn futures for December increased by 2 cents to $5.35 per bushel, while March corn futures rose by 2 cents to $5.50 per bushel.
Soybean futures also experienced a notable increase, with November up 15 cents at $13.19 per bushel and January up 15 cents at $13.35 per bushel.
In contrast, Wheat Futures saw decreases in price, with December down 5 cents to $7.27 per bushel and March down 4 cents to $7.43 per bushel.
Live Cattle Futures took a hit, with October down 162 cents at $220.62 per hundredweight and December down 195 cents at $223.20 per hundredweight. Feeder Cattle Futures also declined, with October down 417 cents at $333.67 per hundredweight and November down 400 cents at $328.77 per hundredweight.
