China Gas Holdings Shares Fall After Announcing 20-Year LNG Deal
China Gas Holdings (HK0384000940) shares traded at HKD 5.38 on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on September 25, 2026, down 0.55 percent from the previous close of HKD 5.41.
The company announced a 20-year LNG agreement with Venture Global on September 14, 2026, which will see China Gas buy 0.5 million metric tons of U.S. liquefied natural gas per year starting in 2030.
This deal expands the long-term supply commitments between the companies to 2.5 million tons per year, according to Reuters.
