Clarity Metals Secures 80% Stake in Idaho Copper Project

Clarity Metals Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire an 80% stake in the Bobcat Project, a copper property located in Lemhi County, Idaho.

The company will purchase the stake from BG Copper Corp. for 20 million units priced at $0.05 each, with each unit consisting of one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.10 per share for five years.

Kluane Capital FZCO and another party hold a 10% carried interest in the property until Clarity obtains a positive pre-feasibility study.
