Copper Prices Consolidate as Tariff Uncertainty Continues
Copper prices have retreated from recent record highs after hitting $15,057 per ton due to profit-taking and a stronger US dollar.
The White House's uncertainty over copper import tariffs has also contributed to a reassessment of demand expectations and speculative positioning.
According to the H4 chart, copper is trading below its 20-day moving average (MA-20) but above its 50-day MA-50, indicating mixed signals.
The near-term range for copper prices is projected to be between $6.6142 and $6.8844, with a 76% probability of an upward move and a 24% chance of falling below support at $6.6142.
