Copper Prices Tumble on Muted Demand

Copper prices fell on Friday in futures trade due to muted demand in the domestic spot market. The price of copper slipped by Rs 1.25 to Rs 1,331.15 per kilogram.

The August delivery contract for copper traded lower, with a 0.09% decline in 1,654 lots. This decrease was a result of subdued demand from buyers.
