Corn and Soybean Futures Weaken Amid Technical Selling and Wet Weather

Corn futures are trading lower for the third straight session due to technical selling, with December corn futures currently at $5.31 3/4 to $5.34 1/2.

The crop areas west of the Mississippi River will experience wet weather until October 3, which will slow fieldwork and lead to multiple rounds of heavy rain in eastern Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and northern Missouri, according to World Weather Inc.

Soybean futures are also lower, with November soybeans being pressured by resistance at $13.35 1/4, while support lies at $12.91 1/4.
