Corn Export Inspections Soar 26% Above Last Year

US corn export inspections are running significantly ahead of last year's pace, providing a crucial demand signal as harvest approaches.

The US Department of Agriculture reports that marketing-year-to-date corn inspections have reached 80.95 million metric tons, a 26% increase from the same period last year when inspections totaled 64.22 million tons.

Weekly corn inspections also saw a significant jump, reaching 1.91 million metric tons compared to just 1.05 million tons during the same week in 2025.
