Corn Futures Prices Drop Across Contracts

New York, July 27 - Corn futures prices have been declining across various contracts. According to data from the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), prices for September's contract fell by 12.5 cents to $51.75 per bushel. The December contract saw a drop of 13.5 cents to $74.00 per bushel.

Other contracts, such as March and May, also experienced declines in their respective prices. For instance, the September contract for corn fell by 8.5 cents to $83.75 per bushel. The December contract saw a drop of 8 cents to $88.75 per bushel.

The overall trend indicates a decrease in demand or supply issues affecting the market. With an estimated open interest of 464,319 contracts and a total volume of 1,760,545 on Friday, the market's activity suggests caution is warranted for investors.
