Corn Supply Shifts South, Prices Strengthen

Corn supply is transitioning to southern parts of the country, leading to strengthening prices. According to Kevin Vander Voord from Ray's Heritage, supply has been good in the northeast for the past couple of months and is now moving into regions such as Georgia and Texas.

This transition is happening during what appears to be a similar period to last year in terms of corn supply. However, some quality issues have arisen due to heat and rain in southern states like Georgia, which has been experiencing hot weather for the past month.

The demand for corn remains steady, but pricing is picking up as the cheaper corn from northern regions becomes more expensive.
